Miss All Sunday

I've been using my paypal account for about 6 months with no issues,  I never entered my credit card details because I do not want that, I use the money on my account to pay for online stuff only.

3 days ago I entered my account and a nice shiny red message appeared: "your account has been limited"

Under details it says that I entered a wrong credit card and the bank reported that credit card as missing or stolen.

I contact paypal with the horrible webform and all I got was a pre-defined reply with instructions on how to solve the issue, it would be great but on those instructions it says I need to contact my bank for more details...   awesome, I have no idea what bank they are talking exactly as I never never entered any credit card details.

I tried to enter their community but every time I want to create a new topic it ask me to log in, I log in with my account details and it shows me an error page, beautiful.

So now I'm stuck, I can't use the money that I already have on that account, I can enter a new credit card but I can't transfer the money so it doesn't make any sense for me to enter a new credit card.

I can, however, still receive money... of course it benefits them, I assume they gladly  take the money from accounts marked as limited that users just gave up looking for a solution...

I've been using the smf.org mail account for some weeks now, although I did have to "verify it"  with my credit card.
