    Finally I could release a new version of the share this topic mod, it is now compatible with SMF 2.0.x and uses jquery to hide/show the buttons.

    OK, since now I'm more active in twitter and started to use the mentions and hashtags and all that stuff, I will do some changes to the way the twitter button works, currently it shares the url, the topic title and adds a "via @forum name"  It's good, however, twitter do not accept spaces on mentions  so, for example, the title of this forum:  Miss All Sunday  becomes @Miss   maybe I should replace the spaces with underscores and show @Miss_All_Sunday
