I've been thinking about what Doflamingo really wants.

He allied himself with the WG, that doesn't surprise me that much, a lot of other pirates do that too. He gets freedom to act as he wants, the only downside is that he has to perform some duties for the WG once in a while.

He has people infiltrated on the Marine, on high ranks levels, he seems to be methodical and clearly knows what he wants and how he will get it.

He is powerful, not the kind of person that relies on someone else to do the job for him, he has the skill to do the job if he has to. But it seems that he prefer to delegate the burden to his underlings.

On the Marine vs WB pirates war he did just about the enough, without getting too much involved with the situation.

Definitely the most enigmatic enemy on OP world, his level of coolness has only been increased since the day he was presented.

He somehow resembles a White-collar criminal, a guy who can walk freely on Mariejoa and yet be one of the most powerful criminals on OP world, that is what makes him so cool!
